State Petitions Supreme Court for Reargument in Act 13 Case

With the state Supreme Court back up to full complement, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and Department of Environmental Protection has petitioned for reargument in the case over the zoning provisions of the Act 13 amendments to the Oil and Gas Act.
