Justices Asked to Eye Same-Sex Marriage Licenses
The Montgomery County clerk who started issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples this summer and was ordered to stop by the Superior Court has asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to empower him to issue the licenses.
