Third Circuit Upholds Secrecy of FBI's Use of Ethnic Mapping
The Federal Bureau of Investigation was justified in withholding from public disclosure documents pertainingto post-9/11 use of ethnic and racial data to assess criminal and terrorist threats, a federalappeals court says.
