Contracts: Agents Can Be Liable Under Contractor Payment Act
An agent of a company can be held liable for interest, penalties and attorney fees as an "owner" under the Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act, a divided state Superior Court has ruled in a memorandum opinion.
