Pa. Justices Agree to Hear Krajewski False-Light Case

The state Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments over whether a Philadelphia city councilwoman was defamed when newspapers published political cartoons and opinion pieces criticizing her public activities and, if so, whether the media is protected by the First Amendment when portraying a public figure in false light.
