Attorney files legal challenge to Okla. tax cut

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A bill celebrated by Republican leaders that slashes the state's income tax rate and provides funding to repair the crumbling state Capitol violates the state Oklahoma Constitution because it addresses more than one subject, an Oklahoma City attorney alleges in a lawsuit filed Thursday.
