Pa. Sues NCAA Over Penn State Sanctions
The state of Pennsylvania has sued the National Collegiate Athletic Association over what Governor Tom Corbett called "unlawful and overreaching" sanctions the NCAA issued against Penn State and its football program in response to the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse scandal.
